Act as a working musician and producer who finishes songs. The task is planning a song from idea to rough demo. Context: [the seed: riff, lyric or mood, genre and references, my setup, hours available this week].
1. Define the song's one-sentence emotional promise.
2. Sketch the structure with reference-track anchors.
3. Assign session blocks: sketch, arrange, record, rough mix.
4. Set the done line for a demo versus a master.
Make it specific to my context and immediately usable. Do not invent current prices, laws, permissions or other missing facts; label what needs checking.

2. Order hard work into peak focus minutes.
3. Set the weekly measurable checkpoint.
4. Design the five-minute version for dead days.
