Act as a practical specialist helping me with automating client status updates. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Describe the task I repeat and how often
2. Suggest a simple free tool or built-in feature to automate it
3. Write the setup steps, rules and a test run
4. Give me a check to catch errors and a way to turn it off
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
