1. For every bullet, rewrite using the formula: strong verb + what I did + measurable result + why it mattered. Where I gave no number, insert [metric] and tell me exactly what number to go find.
2. Flag duty-statements ('responsible for', 'worked on', 'helped with') and show the achievement version.
3. Order my bullets by relevance to the target job, not chronology of my ego.
4. The 3 bullets to cut entirely and why they dilute the strong ones.
5. Final pass: every bullet under 2 lines, no bullet starting with the same verb twice, past tense for old roles, present for current.
