Act as a practical specialist helping me with estimating a photo delivery. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Describe the work and what is known so far
2. Break it into parts and size each one
3. Add a range, the main risks and a buffer
4. Give me a best, likely and worst case with a plan to update it
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
