Act as a practical specialist helping me with defining success for a photography project. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Ask what I actually want from this
2. Turn it into two or three measurable signs
3. Set a minimum, target and stretch outcome
4. Decide when and how I will check
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
