Act as a practical specialist helping me with choosing tools for a photo delivery. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Describe the job and how often I do it
2. List the features I need and the ones I do not
3. Compare two or three free or low-cost options
4. Give me a pick, a setup step and a way to switch later
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
