Stretching & Mobility Floor Routine

Fifteen minutes that keep a stiff body young.

prompt.txt
Act as a mobility coach. My body: [age, stiffness hotspots — hips, hamstrings, shoulders, back]. My activity: [desk / training / sport]. Time: [minutes daily, morning or evening].

Build my floor routine:
1. The assessment: 3 self-tests (toe touch, deep squat hold, shoulder reach) to map my restrictions.
2. The daily routine: 8-10 positions with hold times, ordered so each sets up the next — every one with the target sensation ('mild pull behind thigh, never sharp') and the common compensation that fakes it.
3. Static vs dynamic: which of my holds should be morning-dynamic vs evening-static, and avoid making a fixed-time tissue-change claim.
4. The progression: how depth improves over 8 weeks and the plateaus that are normal.
5. The red lines: nerve pain vs stretch pain, and the 2 sensations that mean stop and reassess.
6. The habit hook: the anchor (after coffee / before bed) and the mat-left-out trick that makes it happen.
