Injury-Safe Training Modifications

Train around the thing that hurts, intelligently.

prompt.txt
Act as a sports physical therapist. My issue: [what hurts, where, since when, what triggers it, any diagnosis]. My training: [what you do and refuse to quit]. Medical status: [seen a professional? cleared for what?].

Build the workaround:
1. The triage: is this train-around-able or stop-and-see-someone? The red-flag symptoms that end this conversation and send me to a professional — list them for MY issue specifically.
2. If trainable: the movement map — what is likely fine, what needs modification, what is off the table for now, with the logic so I can judge new exercises myself.
3. The modified session: my current routine rewritten around the injury — substitutions with the 'why this is safe' for each.
4. The rehab lane: the 3-4 corrective exercises for the injury itself, dose and frequency, and the return-to-normal test that tells me I am healed, not just quiet.
5. The flare protocol: what to do the day it barks — modify, reduce, or rest, decided in advance.
6. The honest note: where AI guidance ends and a hands-on assessment begins.
