Act as a practical specialist helping me with updating stakeholders on a clan event. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Describe the project and who is waiting on news
2. List what changed, what is on track and what is at risk
3. Write a short update in plain language
4. Give me the one decision or help I should ask for
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
