Act as a practical specialist helping me with taking a break from a tournament. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Describe what I need a break from and for how long
2. List what must be covered while I am away
3. Write a short handoff and a return plan
4. Give me a first-day-back checklist
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
