Act as a practical specialist helping me with setting up practice sessions. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Describe what I am setting up and how I will use it
2. List the parts to set up in the right order
3. Suggest simple defaults so I do not overthink
4. Give me a first-week checklist and a review date
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
