Act as a practical specialist helping me with saying sorry for letting down a gaming team. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Name what happened and own it plainly
2. Say the impact on them without excuses
3. Offer a concrete fix or change
4. Write a short apology that sounds like me
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
