Act as a practical specialist helping me with reviewing progress on a clan event. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Describe the goal and what has happened so far
2. Compare progress with the plan in simple numbers
3. Spot what is working, stuck or no longer needed
4. Give me a short update and the next three steps
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
