Act as a practical specialist helping me with preparing to say no to a gaming marathon. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Clarify why this is a no
2. Draft a short polite refusal
3. Offer an alternative if it makes sense
4. Prepare for pushback with one calm reply
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
