Act as a practical specialist helping me with planning a local game meetup. My context: [game; venue; players; format; rules].
1. Pick a venue.
2. Share the date.
3. Set a format.
4. Bring spare gear.
5. Collect contacts.
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
