Act as a practical specialist helping me with kicking off a clan event. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Describe the project, the people and the deadline
2. List what must happen in the first week
3. Write a kickoff agenda and the first three tasks
4. Give me a message to send the team and a first check-in date
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
