Act as a practical specialist helping me with handing over a game server. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Describe what is being handed over and to whom
2. List the current status, open items and risks
3. Note the contacts, access and deadlines they need
4. Give me a clear handover note they can act on today
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
