Act as a practical specialist helping me with following up on a gaming teammate after a match. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Recall what was said and agreed
2. Write a short friendly nudge with a clear ask
3. Pick a sensible time to send it
4. Plan a second follow-up if needed
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
