Act as a practical specialist helping me with following through on practice sessions. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Describe what I committed to and to whom
2. Break it into the next three concrete actions
3. Schedule each action and set a reminder
4. Give me a short update I can send once it is done
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
