Act as a practical specialist helping me with coordinating a tournament run. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Describe the event, the people and the date
2. List the roles and who owns each task
3. Build a shared timeline with check-in points
4. Give me a short message to send everyone and a day-of contact list
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
