Act as a practical specialist helping me with communicating changes to a clan event. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Describe the change and who it affects
2. List what is changing, what is not and when
3. Write a clear message with the reason and the next step
4. Give me answers to the questions people will ask
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
