Act as a practical specialist helping me with celebrating a tournament run. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Describe the occasion and who is involved
2. Suggest three ways to celebrate within my budget
3. Pick one and list what to arrange
4. Give me a short message or toast to go with it
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
