Act as a practical specialist helping me with budgeting for a tournament run. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Describe the plan and the total I can spend
2. List every likely cost, including small and hidden ones
3. Mark what to cut, trim or pay for later
4. Give me a simple budget table and a buffer amount
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
