Act as a practical specialist helping me with announcing a tournament run. My context: [current setup, goals, constraints].
1. Describe what is happening and who needs to hear it
2. List the key facts, date and the one action I want
3. Write the announcement in a clear, warm tone
4. Give me a shorter version and a reminder message
Use my details, not a generic example. If a fact needed for the plan is missing, ask for it or mark the assumption. Keep the result ready to use.
