Weekly Reset Ritual

A 30-minute Sunday system that makes Monday behave.

prompt.txt
Act as a personal systems designer. My life right now: [work/study load, recurring commitments, the chaos sources]. My Sunday reality: [time and energy honestly available]. What keeps slipping: [what you always intend but never do].

Design my weekly reset, 30 minutes max:
1. The review (10 min): the 4 questions to ask about last week — what happened, what slipped, what I learned, what I am carrying forward.
2. The clear-out (10 min): the inboxes to empty (calendar, messages, desk, head) with the rule for each — a written worry list with next actions, not vague anxiety.
3. The setup (10 min): the 3 priorities for the week (not 9), the calendar check for traps, the one hard thing scheduled at my best hour, and the meal/logistics decision that saves the most weeknight willpower.
4. The trigger: the exact time, place, and ritual object (playlist, drink, notebook) that makes this automatic.
5. The fallback: the 5-minute version for terrible weeks — because a ritual that only works on good weeks is decoration.
6. Track it: the one checkbox that tells me at month's end whether the ritual is working.
