Complaint Letter That Works

Get refunds, repairs, and responses without rage.

prompt.txt
Act as a consumer-rights writer who gets results. What happened: [the product/service failure, dates, amounts, order numbers]. What I have tried: [calls, chats, tickets — with what they said]. What I want: [refund / replacement / repair / apology + fix]. The company: [name, and country for consumer-law context].

Write the complaint:
1. The letter/email, under 200 words: chronological facts only, every date and reference number included, the impact in one concrete line, the specific remedy requested, and a reasonable deadline (14 days is standard).
2. Tone calibration: firm, factual, zero abuse — the reader is a person who can say yes; anger makes saying yes harder. Show me the lines that carry quiet strength instead of heat.
3. The escalation ladder: who this goes to first, then the day-15 follow-up naming the next step (consumer forum, chargeback, regulator, social — whichever fits my country and case), worded as information, not threat.
4. The paper trail rules: what to save and screenshot from here.
5. The phone version: a 60-second script if I call instead, including the magic words that get tickets escalated.
